  • Return Policy: Unused items with tags may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days unused items with tags may be returned for store credit.

  • NO RETURNS after 30 days of purchase (up to boutique discretion).

  • NO RETURNS on food, treats, played with toys or other used merchandise.

  • At this time OMD is no longer taking special orders. This is due to unreliable manufacturing and shipping as a result of the pandemic.

  • In the case of injury or harm while in our care, there will be NO charge for the grooming service. Unless the injury was due to matting or poor care. OMD owner will notify the pet owner immediately and make final decision about charges.

  • If injuries or health concerns are discovered while in our care, the pet owner will be notified immediately. This includes matting. Depending on the severity, OMD owner will notify the pet owner immediately.

  • All additional grooming over $10 will be communicated with the pet owner before pick-up.

  • A client has 24 hours to notify OMD if unsatisfied with grooming. At that point they can come in within 24 hours to have it fixed.

  • Must complete Temperament Test prior to making a reservation.

  • Reservations must be confirmed in advance with a credit card on file to guarantee availability.

  • 50% deposit on all stays over 2 nights to hold reservation.

  • Additional puppy (under 1 year) charge, $15 per night.

  • Additional administering medication charge, $5 per day.

  • OMD has the right to excuse pup at anytime for behavioral issues.

  • OMD requires up-to-date vaccines of DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella.

  • HOLIDAY RATES APPLY: $15 per day/per dog in addition to rate for 5 day period.(2 days prior holiday, the holiday and 2 days after). New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

  • Up-to date vaccination records, including Bordetella, Rabies and Parvo/Distemper or current titer testing & enrollment paperwork is due before your pup’s Temperament Test.

  • Day Play packages can only be used for dog(s) in a single household.

  • Packages expire 1 year after purchase date.

  • Packages are non-refundable/non-transferable. All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • OMD has the right to excuse pup at anytime for behavioral issues.

  • Day Play is closed 2 days prior major holidays, the holiday and 2 days after.
