The first step, and quite possibly the most important, when giving a spa treatment is how you hold your dog.
For small dogs, sit on your heels upon a soft towel or bathmat, with your pups back between your thighs. For larger dogs just sit upon a stool, while having them sit with their back between your legs. Use your legs to keep them in place. By doing so, this allows you to have more freedom with both of your hands to get the job done. Don't forget to stay calm, breathe and enjoy the process. The more loving and intentional you are, the better!

Organic brushing rinse was first introduced to us through our Veterinarian running the anesthesia-free teeth cleaning clinics, Dr. Weaver. He even conducted a local study to track the benefit of using the product on your dog. This brushing rinse is human grade (I use it too!) and just a few spritzes on either side of the moth work wonders at keeping tarter under control, cleaning the mouth and freshening the breath.

Just a few spritzes in the area on dry or wet coat and the brush away with your slicker. You'll be amazed how clean and wonderful your pup will look and smell!
