Scheduling a Temperament Test

What is a temperament test?

  • 20 minutes spent introducing a new dog to a few dogs already enrolled in day play in a one-on-one, monitored environment.

  • Dog behavior and interactions are closely watched by our staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Why is a temperament test required?

To make sure that your dog is comfortable and Oh My Dog! Is a good fit for everyone.

Scheduling the temperament tests

  • Must be scheduled in advance.

What information is needed?

  • Client’s first and last name

  • Dog’s name

  • Dog’s breed

  • Client email

  • Client phone number

Enrollment form must be submitted along with proof of vaccinations prior to the test.

Is OMD Day Play good fit for your pup?

Prerequisites:

How much does your dog weigh?

  • Must be under 30 pounds. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Max weight is 30 pounds due to space limitations and the size of our facility.

How old is your dog?

  • Must be 5 months / 20 weeks. With all shots. Rabies and Parvo / Distemper.

  • If dog will be over 30 pounds when full grown we can not accept them.

Is your dog spayed / neutered?

  • If under 7 months, it is ok if they are not spayed / neutered yet.

  • If over 7 months, dog must be spayed / neutered.

Has your pup been groomed by OMD before?

  • If yes, we have your information on file.

  • If no, go here to fill out the necessary information.

If your pup has met all the prerequisites, call us at 480.874.1200 to set up a free temperament test with half day of day play included (if your pup passes).
